EXPORT CONTROLS
The U.S. export control laws regulate the export and reexport of technology originating in the United States. This includes the electronic transmission of information and software to foreign countries and to certain foreign nationals. You agree to abide by these laws and their regulations, including, without limitation, the Export Administration Act and the Arms Export Control Act and not to transfer, by electronic transmission or otherwise, any Content derived from the Site to either a foreign national or a foreign destination in violation of such laws.

THE CHAMBER may elect to monitor areas of the Site electronically and may disclose any Content, records, or electronic communication of any kind (1) to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request, (2) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate THE CHAMBER or (3) to protect the rights or property of THE CHAMBER, its customers, sponsors, providers, or licensors.

THE CHAMBER reserves the right to prohibit conduct, communication, or Content that it deems in its sole discretion to be harmful, whether to an individual, business entity, THE CHAMBER, or any rights of THE CHAMBER or any third party, or to violate any applicable law or these Terms and Conditions. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THIS SITE AND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.

If THE CHAMBER removes any Content from this Site all licenses granted with respect to the removed Content are immediately terminated.

THE CHAMBER reserves the right to cooperate fully with state, local, and federal officials in any investigation relating to any Content (including personal or private electronic communication transmitted on THE CHAMBER) or purported unlawful activities of any user.

MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions hereof shall be unaffected and remain in full force and effect. This Agreement shall for all purposes be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be commenced exclusively in state or federal court in Connecticut, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and THE CHAMBER regarding your relationship with THE CHAMBER and supersedes any prior statements or representations.

YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY USING THE SITE.
